Robert Schifreen. IT Security consultancy, training, writing.
Robert Schifreen is a UK-based IT security consultant, writer, editor, trainer and broadcaster. He is the author of Defeating The Hacker (click here for details).
Robert was a computer hacker in his teens and consequently, in 1985, became the first person in the world to face a jury trial in connection with unauthorised access to a computer system. His ultimate acquittal on all charges by the House of Lords led to the formation of the UK's Computer Misuse Act 1990.

From this site you can also read and download Robert's security checklists, which offer easy-to-follow IT security advice. And they're completely free, too, even if you want to use them in your company for training purposes.
